James McSporran has 15 years of qualified facilitation experience across all leadership levels.

With a relational style, he helps clients explore issues while intelligently offering challenge, provocation, and an alternative perspective.

His specialism lies in uncovering the missing conversations within teams that might create opportunities for greater impact and resource.

His unique method blends ideas from Psychology, Executive Education and Performance Coaching, allowing for genuine growth in behaviours, relationships and experiences.

He regularly works with Executive Leadership Teams & Creative Industry Experts to deliver Workshops, Keynotes and 1:1 Coaching.

He has worked with clients such as BP, Nestle, Barclays, NHS, RBS, Sellafield, Caffè Nero, Scottish Water, Grant Thornton, Sainsburys.
