Day 1 - Self Awareness

We begin by exploring the perceptions, stories and assumptions we hold about ourselves, and how these influence the way we behave and communicate.

Day 2 - Integration

Having developed a greater awareness of how we see ourselves, we go deeper into the parts of ourselves that we may prefer not to acknowledge.

Day 3 - Impact

We explore commitment: who we want to be, what we want to stand for and what we are prepared to take responsibility for.

We then translate this into the practical reality of communicating with an audience.

3 day intensive open programme combining psychological insight with
practical presentation, observation and feedback. 

 

The programme is designed for people who already have experience presenting publicly and want to take their communication to another level by developing a deeper understanding of themselves, greater range in how they show up, and the ability to communicate a message with clarity, confidence and impact.

Each day combines teaching, personal reflection and coaching with extensive practical

application. At least half of each day will be spent presenting, observing and giving

feedback, in both small groups and the full group.

Participants will present multiple times across the three days, allowing them to experiment with different approaches, receive direct feedback and immediately put their learning into practice.

 

Given the highly experiential and rigorous nature of the programme, the group will be

limited to 12 participants.

Pre-work

Participants will be asked to arrive with a presentation they can use throughout the

programme, ideally a genuine business presentation they are preparing to deliver. This

means the work is grounded in real situations rather than hypothetical exercises.
